Mayor's 24 hour Constituent Service enables the people in Boston to request for services on Housing, Health, Building, Environmental Services. They can also register complaints regarding illegal dumping, unsanitary conditions, scanning overcharge.
The Boston City Council is positioned in the city of Boston to ensure the prompt action by the Mayor. A committee of the council is formed of a number of councilors. These councilors are elected for different suburbs of Boston. The meetings of the city council are held every Wednesday.
